Acne is commonly seen in the teenage group. People are more bothered about this disease because it affects their appearance. Why is acne produced and how it is caused?   • Keep your face away from cosmetics as they can block the pores and lead to formation of acne.
  • Wash your face with cold water every half and hour and pat them dry to give your skin a cooling effect.
  • Do not keep oil on your hair for a long period because it can cause acne on your face.
  • Apply red sandal wood paste to your face daily for half an hour which is found to be very effective for treating acne scars.
  • Avoid tea, coffee and other beverages as they tend to irritate the skin. It is advisable to substitute vegetable juices in their place. Carrot juice is found very beneficial for skin if consumed every day in the morning. It enhances the texture of your skin naturally and safely. Do not take tomato juice if you are prone to kidney stones.
  • Garlic is considered as an antibiotic and it is useful to treat acne scars. Crush a few pods of garlic and apply on the affected area for ten minutes. Do not keep on for a long time as they can burn your skin. Wash your face and feel the difference. Using garlic daily will prevent infection and gradually decrease the size of existing pimples.

Acne can be treated without any conventional mode of treatment if you take proper care of your health and food habits. Obesity can also be another cause for excessive oil production. Exercise daily and keep your body fit to get rid of acne and its side effects.

Acne scars can be expelled naturally and safely if you follow these methods in your life. People around the world have been using these tips and have got relief. Do not harm your body with medicine and tablets when you have natural ways of treatment.
